I have some knowledge about it. Chronic problems will cen be solved by conducting a complicated national election, you just have to think how to do it. Thanks.

North and South Sudan have had plenty of clashes in the past. The president Omar Hassan al-Bashir has mentioned that his party will have to work with the SPLM for the unity of the entire country. With such an unstable situation it is really difficult to see how things are going to change for Sudan.

Sudanese chronic problems will not be solved by conducting a complicated national election. Sudan has witnessed many failed elected governemts. I think that peace agreenemts and national elections are golden chances for Jelaba's military institution to rule Sudan again, again, and again. Do we as Chollo know what we want to achieve? It is said in many interviews I found by mp3 search that politics is the art of achieving what is possiable? Let,s be concerned much more about our Today,s political challenges than preoccupying ourselves with the future. My dears Dr Changjwok Awin and Wad Tito, Addis Ababa Peace Agreenent Syndrome is striking again. History always repeats itself when mankind don't learn from it.

What a powerful piece! You have done a wonderful job of explaining the issue from every angle. You've written this piece with a great global perspective - so that people like myself who are unfamiliar with Islamic law and practices, can wrap their minds around the issue: why it's happening and why it's a problem, as well as why it's not an easy issue to solve. You've also provided some good insight as to your own thoughts on how best to solve the issue.
