Securities and Exchange Commission Public Roundtable on Dodd-Frank Section 1502

The Securities and Exchange Commission will hold a public roundtable discussion on the agency’s required rulemaking under Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

The roundtable will feature two panels on the key issues surrounding the SEC's ruling under this act. Panel One will discuss what is covered by the rule and what steps will be required to comply with the rule, and Panel Two will discuss what steps will be required to comply with the rule (continued) and reporting. Darren Fenwick, Enough's Senior Manager of Government Affairs, will speak on the second panel at 3pm.

Public seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will also be a live webcast on the SEC website.
