The United Nations conservatively estimates that there have been over 500,000 cases of rape and sexual violence in eastern DRC since 1996. The rape crisis rages on even today.
Join us for a panel discussion with the Enough Project and ABA ROLI lawyers based in the DRC, who will provide an in-depth perspective on women’s access to justice and the role of the minerals trade in fueling the ongoing crisis.
